Job Description
M&A Project Manager handling complex integration initiatives across multiple countries in EMEA region. Planning, executing, and integrating cross-functional workflows with a focus on deliverable synergies.
Responsibilities:
- Lead complex integration initiatives across multiple countries
- Plan, execute, and monitor cross-functional workstreams
- Manage budgets and risks
- Ensure strategic alignment to deliver deal synergies effectively
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in project management in a complex environment
- Strong understanding of M&A processes and integration strategies
- Proven ability to manage budgets and mitigate risks
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
