Job Description
Associate Program Manager ensuring adherence to protocols and documentation for healthcare projects. Collaborating with clients and managing training needs in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a territory-based case manager caseload
- Monitor and ensure compliance with protocols
- Document case files
- Use the database and ensure accuracy of collected information
- Participate in client consultations
- Identify training needs based on case monitoring
- Maintain daily and ongoing communications related to client projects
- Prepare reports on clients
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry (or similar)
- Diploma in IA or IAA is an asset
- Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
- Project management experience is an asset
