Job Description

Associate Program Manager ensuring adherence to protocols and documentation for healthcare projects. Collaborating with clients and managing training needs in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a territory-based case manager caseload
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with protocols
  • Document case files
  • Use the database and ensure accuracy of collected information
  • Participate in client consultations
  • Identify training needs based on case monitoring
  • Maintain daily and ongoing communications related to client projects
  • Prepare reports on clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry (or similar)
  • Diploma in IA or IAA is an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French) is an asset
  • Project management experience is an asset
