Job Description

Senior Project & Program Manager overseeing planning and execution of high-impact projects. Collaborating with departments to align projects with strategic goals in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing, planning, and executing complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion
  • Developing comprehensive project charters, scope documents, and resource plans
  • Conducting feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments
  • Preparing detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
  • Leading multidisciplinary teams, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and monitoring performance
  • Using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables
  • Ensuring timely and accurate communication of project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders
  • Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
  • Proactively addressing challenges and resolving issues, escalations, and conflicts
  • Overseeing project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and reporting on variances
  • Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Conducting post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices

Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
  • Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT‑4, Gemini)
  • Hands-on experience using next‑generation AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus)
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within industries such as IT, Construction, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing
  • Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets (e.g., $1M+)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
  • Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar discipline is highly desirable
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or relevant certification) is strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel (up to 10–25%) to client sites or other company locations as needed
  • Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines require
