Job Description
Senior Project & Program Manager overseeing planning and execution of high-impact projects. Collaborating with departments to align projects with strategic goals in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing, planning, and executing complex, high-impact projects from initiation to completion
- Developing comprehensive project charters, scope documents, and resource plans
- Conducting feasibility studies, stakeholder analyses, and risk assessments
- Preparing detailed project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Leading multidisciplinary teams, assigning tasks, managing workloads, and monitoring performance
- Using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello) to track milestones, tasks, and deliverables
- Ensuring timely and accurate communication of project status, risks, and key decisions to stakeholders
- Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies
- Proactively addressing challenges and resolving issues, escalations, and conflicts
- Overseeing project budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenses, and reporting on variances
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Conducting post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and best practices
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
- Familiarity with LLM platforms and agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude, GPT‑4, Gemini)
- Hands-on experience using next‑generation AI agent frameworks/tools (e.g., Manus)
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in project management, preferably within industries such as IT, Construction, Healthcare, Finance, or Manufacturing
- Experience managing enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders and large budgets (e.g., $1M+)
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a similar discipline is highly desirable
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (or relevant certification) is strongly preferred
- Ability to travel (up to 10–25%) to client sites or other company locations as needed
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when project timelines require
