Job Description
Bilingual Client Onboarding Associate at Vesta Wealth Partners. Manage structured onboarding workflows and service high-net-worth clients with professionalism and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a point of contact for French and English-speaking clients
- Collect and verify onboarding documentation
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding workflows and provide timely updates
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
- Support bespoke requests and escalate when needed
- Maintain accurate client records across custodians
- Process account updates, EFTs, wires, cheques, and transfers
- Track transfer progress with custodians
- Upload quarterly/annual reports and tax slips
- Collaborate with APMs on client servicing tasks
Requirements:
- Bilingual in French and English
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in financial services, wealth management, or operations
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfort with large datasets and new systems
