Job Description

Independent contractor providing customer onboarding and implementation services for Brightwheel’s childcare platform. Engaging with customers and managing a portfolio of accounts remotely from Honduras.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive onboarding and product adoption support to customers implementing the brightwheel product suite.
  • Support a rolling portfolio of approximately 100+ customer accounts over the typical 4–12 week onboarding lifecycle.
  • Plan and execute onboarding activities to support agreed-upon milestones.
  • Help address and overcome customer objections by articulating brightwheel’s value.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and assist with resolving technical or configuration challenges.
  • Coordinate with Brightwheel team members to fulfill onboarding deliverables.
  • Apply strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support timely resolution.
  • Consistently reinforce the value of the brightwheel platform throughout onboarding.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, sales, account management, or onboarding
  • Excellent verbal and written English proficiency
  • Proven experience managing multiple customer onboarding projects independently
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to coach customers through onboarding
  • High attention to detail
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
