Job Description

HR Onboarding Specialist managing onboarding for new hires at Doneverse. Focused on creating a smooth transition from candidate to team member.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the End-to-End Onboarding Experience
  • Manage the entire onboarding journey — from contract sending to Day 1 readiness
  • Sending welcome communications and onboarding instructions
  • Ensuring all pre-employment requirements are completed
  • Managing character reference checks
  • Validating and reviewing candidate documents and information
  • Coordinating with internal teams to create employee accounts
  • Preparing and sending Training Agreements and Employment Contracts
  • Ensuring all documents are signed, organized, and stored properly
  • Supporting employees moving into new roles or departments
  • Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience
  • Response to trainee onboarding questions
  • Guide candidates through requirements
  • Ensure clear communication at every stage
  • Maintain a smooth, professional onboarding journey
  • Keep Everything Accurate, Organized, and On Time
  • Maintain accurate candidate records
  • Manage the ATS pipeline and onboarding database
  • Track onboarding progress through reports and documentation
  • Ensure all onboarding activities meet company timelines and standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year experience in HR onboarding, HR admin, or recruitment operations
  • Experience handling employment documentation and onboarding processes
  • Experience working with ATS platforms or HR systems
