Job Description
Customer Care Representative handling calls from members and clients for MTM Health. Responsible for inbound inquiries and maintaining service quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of tasks which will increase in complexity as the Customer Care Representative’s skills progress
- Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities
- Expect to handle 60 - 80 calls a day and higher volumes on Mondays
Requirements:
- Must currently reside in Connecticut
- 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months Customer Service experience
- Must be proficient in English and Spanish
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- High speed Internet access such as Cable, DSL or Fiber (a minimum upload speed of 3 mbps and a minimum download speed of 30 mbps).
- Use of wireless and WiFi “air cards” is prohibited
- A quiet space within the home free of distractions including caretaking of any kind
