Job Description
Técnico/a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service managing and maintaining virtual work environments. Requires experience with Microsoft Dynamics and related technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Gestión, mantenimiento y administración de dispositivos ligeros vinculados al puesto de trabajo virtual.
Requirements:
- 3 a 6 años de experiencia.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service – Nivel 3.
- Unified Service Desk (USD) – Nivel 3.
- USD Hosted Controls, Actions y Events – Nivel 2.
- Integración CTI en USD – Nivel 2.
- C# / .NET (WPF) – Nivel 2.
- JavaScript en entornos Dynamics – Nivel 2.
