Job Description
Bilingual English/Spanish Learning Designer creating language learning materials for LATAM users. Join a growing AI company focused on innovative language learning solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum design and lesson writing: Design learning materials for learners at varying proficiency levels.
- Content QA across both languages: Review and quality-check content in both Spanish and English.
- AI-assisted content production: Use AI tools to accelerate drafting and localization workflows.
- Translation and localization: Translate and localize in-app learning and marketing content into LATAM Spanish.
- Content iteration: Revise and polish content based on feedback and testing results.
- Collaboration: Work remotely with a US-based team and participate in content discussions.
Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker (LATAM Spanish) with near-native English proficiency in both spoken and written communication.
- 3+ years of professional learning design or curriculum design experience.
- Experience in edtech, app-based learning, or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated ability to work with AI tools for content production.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-directed and a quick learner.
- Strong creative judgment.
