Job Description
Bilingual licensed insurance agent helping U.S. customers understand and select healthcare plans at TTEC. Providing full-lifecycle customer service, sales, renewals, and follow-up remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals in understanding their health insurance coverages and selecting suitable products, services, and solutions
- Provide full-lifecycle customer service and sales through inbound interactions and outbound follow-up calls
- Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
- Select and provide efficient solutions to customer needs
- Identify additional customer needs and help upgrade products or services
- Complete health-plan sales or renewals suited to customer needs
- Contribute to customer experience and team success
- Participate in instructor-led online training and coaching
- Report to a Team Lead
Requirements:
- Current health insurance license in your state of residence
- High-speed internet with more than 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Minimum six months of sales experience
- Integrity to follow HIPAA patient-privacy guidelines
- Strong customer service orientation, including empathy, compassion, and listening skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong computer navigation skills and experience
- Ability to work 100% remotely
- Spanish-English bilingual ability
