Job Description
Bilingual Spanish Answering Service Agent delivering customer support for various industries. Answering calls, performing lead intakes, and providing outstanding service with a people-first culture.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and accuracy
- Follow call scripts and industry-specific guidelines while actively listening and addressing caller needs
- Perform lead intakes, gather information, and document details with precision
- Schedule appointments and transfer calls to the appropriate contacts as needed
- Dispatch messages accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear and detailed communication
- Navigate multiple systems and maintain thorough call documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service by demonstrating empathy and patience
- Live chat, SMS, and email support
Requirements:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening skills and a keen attention to detail
- Empathetic and compassionate approach to customer interactions
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Ability to maintain positivity and patience under pressure
