Job Description
Bilingual Virtual Assistant providing administrative support to clients in a remote capacity. Collaborating with on-site staff and managing tasks independently in a fast-growing service company.
Responsibilities:
- Execute daily administrative tasks and high-accuracy data entry to streamline team operations
- Serve as a primary point of contact, providing clear and personable phone support to customers and partners
- Collaborate effectively with on-site office staff to manage scheduling and cross-departmental tasks
- Manage routine workflows independently to free up senior team members for more impactful business results
- Maintain a high level of performance in core duties with the potential to transition into more advanced responsibilities
Requirements:
- Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish
- Proven 'charismatic' personality with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
- Strong background in customer-facing roles with a focus on problem-solving and personable service
- Ability to identify what needs to be done and take action without constant supervision
- Skilled at organizing a daily task list and meeting deadlines in a remote environment
- Consistent and dependable approach to administrative and data entry workflows
- Must have a highly reliable, high-speed internet connection
- Must have a quality camera setup and professional remote workspace for team coordination
- Proven track record of successfully working in a remote or virtual assistant capacity
