Job Description
Remote Customer Support Representative providing support for gamers through chat and ticketing. Join ModSquad's team and help users with their inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service to gamers
- Network with talented professionals on one of the most well-known gaming brands
- Handle chats and tickets for customer support
- Come to work ready to go and fully committed to surpassing expectations
Requirements:
- Experience with high volume customer service
- Customer-friendly demeanor with a flexible attitude
- Reliable, trustworthy, and dependable
- Experience and fluency in English writing
- Fast learner, quick to adapt to change
- Advanced typing skills - minimum 40 wpm
- Experience with web-based research
- Willingness to install ModSquad security software and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on both your computer and mobile device
- A dedicated desktop or laptop computer running Windows 11 or later
- At least 16 GB of RAM
- A high-quality headset with a noise-canceling microphone
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for handling calls
