Job Description
Field Support Representative providing onsite technical support for veterinary products and services in Finland. Collaborating with sales and customer support teams while visiting clinics daily.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Field Sales Professionals and Customer Support to develop strategies to maintain and grow Customer Accounts.
- Install, onboard, and train clinic staff in the use of IDEXX products and services.
- Identify additional customer needs and present solutions.
- Assist with critical customer need visits, providing onsite technical support.
- Visit customers in the field and manage own schedule and travel.
- Utilize various programs to plan customer visits and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot customer problems and issues with products and services.
- Communicate customer needs for additional products and services to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three (3) years veterinary clinic experience with a training and/or practice management background strongly preferred.
- Fluency in Finnish and English.
- Ability to build relationships with all personalities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong customer and peer partnerships.
- Ability to plan and prioritize work in a dynamic environment.
- Effective listening skills and adaptability to different situations.
- Comfortable learning and using technology such as computers, tablets, and Smartphones.
- Computer networking experience is preferred.
