Job Description
Billing Controller/Manager handling international digital payments at a global company. Focused on optimizing payment systems and ensuring compliance in a fully remote role.
Responsibilities:
- Audit and optimize existing payment infrastructure and flows.
- Design and oversee development of an payment orchestration system.
- Run A/B experiments to boost conversion and payment success rates.
- Lead the opening of new MIDs, manage PSP relationships, and support onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Visa/Mastercard rules in paywalls and funnels.
- Collaborate with Risk, Data, Engineering, and Operations to align on billing systems.
- Provide hands-on guidance for DTC product billing solutions.
- Conduct market research and apply best practices in global payments.
- Define and document detailed product specs and user flows.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience on the similar position.
- Deep expertise in digital payments, PSPs, card networks.
- Proven experience building orchestration/payment logic systems.
- Strong product and analytical mindset.
- Experience working cross-functionally with data, risk, and tech teams.
- Clear communicator with ability to document complex systems.
