Job Description
Business Analyst for ERP software solutions assisting in developing and testing software requirements. Seeking to enhance digital work environments in local government markets.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the customer requirements
- Define the acceptance criteria for new functionalities
- Create concepts for extending the current ERP solution
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation phases of the development cycle
- Product customizing based on the customer requirements
- Contact person for colleagues on product-relevant topics
- Quality assurance of the supervised software modules
Requirements:
- A successfully completed degree in finance, business administration, technology, computer science or a comparable degree
- A good understanding of commercial and financial processes
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Very good analytical skills, a structured way of working and organizational talent
- Very good communication skills
- Flexible, independent, committed and team-oriented
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
- Good German communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Nice to have Previous experience with an ERP System
- Previous experience in project management
- Accounting knowledge
