Job Description
Serve as liaison between business units and IT teams while identifying opportunities for process improvement. Critical role in defining processes and implementing new technology functionalities.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a liaison between business units and technology teams to define processes, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement new functionality
- Document stakeholder requirements, measure/monitor process efficiency, and develop and manage projects
- Gathers, reviews, and analyzes business and industry data using data analytics tools, including KPIs, financial reports, and other key metrics
- Collaborates with subject matter experts and technical teams in the planning, design, and development of new information system solutions
- Leads discovery sessions to identify opportunities that delight the customer and enhance operational effectiveness in a meaningful way
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
- Ten years of experience performing business analyst skills to work independently and serve as lead analyst
- Knowledge of Salvation Army business practices is preferred
- One or more relevant certifications are preferred upon hire.
