Job Description
Hiring Business Analysts with international fintech or banking experience to enhance product teams. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and optimize solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, Risk, and Operations teams to translate business goals into clear product and system requirements.
- Lead discovery and requirements gathering for new features, products, and process improvements.
- Create and maintain functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and documentation.
- Support product delivery by clarifying requirements, managing scope, and ensuring alignment between stakeholders and development teams.
- Analyze business processes, product performance, and operational workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
- Ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs, regulatory requirements, and user expectations.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or Product Operations.
- Background in fintech, banking, lending, payments, or digital financial products.
- Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
- Strong skills in requirements documentation, stakeholder management, and process modeling.
- Ability to quickly understand complex systems and business processes.
- Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Preferred Experience
- Experience in international fintech or banking environments (Europe, LatAm, SEA, USA, UK, Russia).
- Exposure to lending products, payments, BNPL, or digital financial platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile product development environments.
