Job Description
Analista de Processos de Negócio (BPM) focando em melhoria e automação de processos. Atuação remota com colaboração entre áreas de negócio e TI.
Responsibilities:
- Map, model, analyze, and document business processes using BPMN 2.0.
- Identify improvement opportunities, proposing automations and optimizations to existing processes.
- Work on process automation projects using RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and others).
- Use process mapping and automation tools to design flows and implement solutions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, applying methodologies and governance best practices.
- Collaborate with business areas and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Monitor the performance of automated processes, proposing adjustments and improvements.
- Use agile management and data analysis tools (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Excel, Power BI) to track activities and metrics.
Requirements:
- Experience in Business Process Management (BPM) (mandatory)
- Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 notation for process modeling.
- Experience in mapping, analyzing, improving, and automating processes.
- Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar).
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).
- Experience in data analysis applied to business processes.
- Familiarity with supporting tools: Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps, Excel, and Power BI.
