Job Description
Providing telephone support to clinics and accessing Epic system for patient calls at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Engaging in various administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Provides telephone support to the clinics by answering patient calls
- Accesses the Epic system
- Creates in basket messages
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2 years Customer service experience
- Clerical, medical, and call center/phone work experience.
