Job Description

Providing telephone support to clinics and accessing Epic system for patient calls at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. Engaging in various administrative tasks and duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides telephone support to the clinics by answering patient calls
  • Accesses the Epic system
  • Creates in basket messages
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2 years Customer service experience
  • Clerical, medical, and call center/phone work experience.
