Job Description
Home Instead care assistant providing companionship, personal care, and daily support. Helping Shropshire clients live independently in their own homes and community.
Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship, reassurance, and high-quality care to clients
- Conduct minimum one-hour visits to build trusted relationships
- Assist with daily activities and support clients' routines
- Provide personal care and practical support when needed
- Accompany clients on shopping trips and to appointments
- Support clients' social activities, independence, and wellbeing
Requirements:
- Valid UK driving licence
- Access to a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Genuine desire to make a difference
- Right to work in the UK
- No previous experience or qualifications required
