Job Description

Home Instead care assistant providing companionship, personal care, and daily support. Helping Shropshire clients live independently in their own homes and community.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and high-quality care to clients
  • Conduct minimum one-hour visits to build trusted relationships
  • Assist with daily activities and support clients' routines
  • Provide personal care and practical support when needed
  • Accompany clients on shopping trips and to appointments
  • Support clients' social activities, independence, and wellbeing

Requirements:

  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Access to a reliable vehicle
  • Strong communication skills
  • Genuine desire to make a difference
  • Right to work in the UK
  • No previous experience or qualifications required
