Job Description
Care Assistant supporting Home Instead clients with personal care, companionship, and daily living at home. Helping Herefordshire residents remain safe and independent.
Responsibilities:
- Support clients to remain safe, happy, and independent in their own homes
- Visit clients in their homes and provide services that promote quality of life
- Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Take clients to appointments and social events
- Prepare meals and perform light housework and shopping support
- Provide personal care, including washing, dressing, and medication support
- Build positive client relationships and continuity of care
Requirements:
- UK applicants only
- Minimum age of 18
- Valid UK driving licence
- Access to your own car/vehicle
- Business class 1 insurance
- Right to work in the UK
- Kind, compassionate, reliable, committed, and person-centred approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational ability and good time management skills
