Job Description
Assistente de Processos Logísticos na BIP, consultoria internacional com projetos em mais de 40 países. Controlando transportes, documentos de cobrança e faturamento retido.
Responsibilities:
- Customer service and issuance of transportation orders for household moves
- Follow-up and monitoring of transportation order execution
- Reviewing, processing, and adjusting freight billing documents
- Processing invoices held due to financial, accounting, or tax discrepancies
- Monitoring transportation requests
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or technical qualification
- Experience in analysis and customer service processes
- Solid knowledge of freight transportation logistics processes
- Knowledge of held invoice processing
- Knowledge of data extraction from SAP/R3 using queries
- Knowledge of accounts payable and tax routines in SAP/R3
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) is desirable
