Job Description
Case Manager supporting a U.S.-based law firm, managing client cases and collaborating with attorneys and medical providers.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership and responsibility for the cases assigned to you
- Communicate regularly with clients throughout the course of their treatment
- Coordinate with insurance companies and medical providers
- Collaborate with attorneys and team members to ensure excellent case management
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Gather, record, and organize documentation related to cases
- Perform administrative tasks related to case management
- Maintain organized records and case files
Requirements:
- Native Spanish speaker
- English level C1 or higher
- Reliable internet connection
- Laptop or desktop computer suitable for remote work
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of office work experience
- 1+ year of experience in Personal Injury law
- 1+ year of experience working in an English-speaking professional environment
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving skills, particularly over the phone
- Ability to manage cases persistently and responsibly
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and providers
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Eagerness to learn complex tasks and processes
