Job Description

Category Manager driving growth and optimizing product assortment for Promotional Products. Collaborating cross-functionally to enhance the customer experience in North American and European markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Own, define and implement the category strategy to drive revenue growth, new customers, margin expansion, and market share
  • Own, track, analyse and understand key performance metrics for your product groups to identify levers and opportunities to optimize performance and drive growth
  • Gain a deep understanding of both existing and potential customer needs, the industry, business trends and the competitive landscape to drive product strategy and the value proposition
  • Identify trends in promotional products, custom apparel and gifting to inform assortment decisions, launching and curating a competitive and relevant assortment of customizable products
  • Define and execute the product roadmap, product lifecycle and assortment management, including new product introductions, cost optimizations, discontinuations, as well as quality and service improvement
  • Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sourcing, Manufacturing Technology, Operations, Pricing, UX, MX and Marketing teams to develop and deliver a jaw dropping experience and value proposition to our customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a similar field
  • 5+ years of related experience in Category or Product management
  • Proven track record of managing product categories and delivering growth
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to drive decisions
  • Exceptional written, verbal communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders
  • Nice to Have Prior experience in the promotional products or apparel industries
  • Experience working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
