Job Description
Sourcing & Supply Analyst responsible for executing sourcing events and analyzing spend for Ryder's operations. Collaborating across teams to improve sourcing strategies and supplier performance.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sourcing events and spend analysis
- Present recommendations to management
- Design RFPs/RFQs as needed
- Review supplier proposals
- Calculate and track monthly savings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address supply issues
- Monitor market trends and benchmark contract portfolios
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Engineering, or related field
- Master's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Four (4) years or more in Purchasing, Sourcing or Supply Management
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Intermediate proficiency in Tableau/MS Power BI
- Beginner proficiency in SQL
- Intermediate understanding of sourcing processes and events
