Job Description

Channel Sales Development Representative sourcing in the UK, driving partnerships for Deel's global HR platform across 150+ countries. Engage with partners and maintain quality sales pipelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and qualifying new partner-sourced opportunities by proactively engaging with partners and referred companies.
  • Supporting Channel AEs by building and maintaining a high-quality pipeline of partner-referred and partner-adjacent opportunities.
  • Researching partner portfolios, client bases, and ecosystems to identify high-intent prospects aligned with Deel’s ICP.
  • Executing high-quality outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, events, ecosystem plays) on behalf of channel partners to generate meetings and SQLs.
  • Activating and re-engaging partners through targeted outreach, follow-ups, and lightweight enablement to unlock deal flow.
  • Collaborating closely with Channel AEs to prioritize accounts, align on outreach strategy, and convert opportunities into pipeline.
  • Maintaining accurate CRM hygiene, tracking partner-sourced activity, and reporting on pipeline performance and conversion metrics.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or a commercial role in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong interest in partnerships, channel sales, and ecosystem-led growth.
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to craft concise, compelling outbound messaging.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to quickly understand industries, partner models, and ICPs.
  • Highly organized, metrics-driven, and comfortable working toward pipeline and SQL targets.
  • Coachable, proactive, and resilient, with a strong bias toward action and continuous improvement.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first environment.
