Job Description
Part-Time Sales Development Representative generating leads for WeAssist's sales pipeline. Engaging with entrepreneurs through cold outreach to explore their staffing needs and qualify leads for follow-up.
Responsibilities:
- Research and build targeted prospect lists of entrepreneurs and business owners using Apollo.io, LinkedIn, and other approved sources
- Conduct cold calls to business owners and decision-makers — this is the primary outreach channel (minimum 10–15 calls per day)
- Send cold outreach emails via the approved sending account (minimum 15–20 per day)
- Execute LinkedIn outreach including connection requests (15–20/day) and direct messages (5–10/day)
- Qualify every prospect before passing them forward using specific criteria
- Manage a structured follow-up cadence on every warm lead — no lead falls through the cracks
- Log every outreach touchpoint in GHL on the same day it occurs
- Submit a written weekly outreach report every Friday covering total outreach volume by channel, reply and response rates
Requirements:
- Proven ability to consistently follow up across channels (email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram)
- Comfortable logging contacts, updating deal stages, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar)
- Proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable working independently without constant oversight
- Working knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to research leads, draft outreach, and work smarter
- Must have familiarity with GHL for CRM and sales automation is a significant plus
- Experience with N8N, Make.com, or Zapier to build outreach workflows is highly valued
- Prior experience in sales development, cold outreach, or lead generation is a bonus
