Job Description
CFO ensuring financial growth of veterinary clinics network through strategic financial management and controls. Leading budgeting, forecasts, and team development in an international context.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the group’s financial strategy in line with the network’s expansion plan
- Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment activity
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and analytical reports for management
- Develop the group’s annual budget
- Analyze variances and provide actionable recommendations
- Build an effective financial control system
- Ensure the accuracy, transparency, and timeliness of financial and accounting reporting
- Collaborate closely with the CIO in automation, forecasting, and control
- Build and grow a professional finance team
Requirements:
- 5+ years in senior financial leadership roles (CFO, Head of Finance)
- Experience in international business (ideally Ukraine + EU)
- Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, and financial planning
- Experience working with banks, auditors, legal advisors, and service providers
- Proven track record in finance process automation and CRM/ERP/BI integration
- Experience in financial and operational process optimization
