Job Description
Circuit design engineers designing transistor-level circuits and running SPICE simulations. Providing structured feedback to improve Terac’s automated hardware evaluation workflows.
Responsibilities:
- Design and review transistor-level circuits for technical evaluation
- Run SPICE simulations and verify output accuracy
- Identify and troubleshoot errors in automated evaluation workflows
- Provide structured feedback on simulation tools and methodologies
- Document findings and simulation errors
Requirements:
- Professional experience in electrical engineering or integrated circuit design
- Hands-on proficiency with SPICE simulation and transistor-level modeling
- Familiarity with automated evaluation workflows in hardware design
- Experience writing and debugging SPICE models for transistor-level designs
- Comfortable completing complex technical tasks in a remote environment
