Job Description
Civil Structural Architecture Supervisor overseeing construction activities for civil and structural projects at JLL. Responsible for coordination, compliance, and quality control in large-scale construction projects in Thailand.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily construction activities for civil, structural, and architectural works
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and construction teams
- Monitor work progress against project schedules and milestones
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and compliance
- Implement quality control procedures and standards
- Enforce site safety protocols and procedures
- Supervise site engineering team and technical staff
- Maintain accurate construction records and progress reports
- Interface with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture
- Minimum 8-10 years construction experience with 5+ years in supervisory role
- Experience in large-scale construction projects (commercial, industrial, or infrastructure)
- Proficiency in construction methods for concrete, steel, and architectural systems
- Knowledge of Thai building codes, regulations, and permit processes
- Fluent in English and highly preferred Thai language proficiency.
