Job Description
Customer Success Analyst focusing on building relationships with partner schools and enhancing educational solutions. Collaborating with stakeholders to improve English teaching methods and identify client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with schools.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Recover churned customers and prevent churn.
- Conduct strategic analysis of the client portfolio.
- Inspire school owners and education managers to adopt a new approach to teaching English in schools.
- Map clients' pain points and needs.
- Support promotional events for our programs.
Requirements:
- Active listening (able to listen attentively);
- Strong time management;
- Negotiation skills;
- Willingness to travel;
- Previous experience with consultative selling;
- Experience in the education sector is desirable;
- Experience with CRM systems;
- Leadership experience.
