Job Description
Delivery Lead Consultant managing Workday HCM implementations in a leading HR consulting firm. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to design and deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and lead delivery of the Core HCM workstream, ensuring adherence to Workday best practices while maintaining robust security for a variety of engagement types
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to analyze requirements and design scalable solutions that directly address client needs
- Maintain accurate project forecasts for assigned workstream, monitor delivery progress, and communicate timelines, risks, and expectations to stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other domain leads to ensure seamless delivery
- Develop and deliver thought leadership content and intellectual property, such as knowledge sharing sessions, enablement guides, and best practice materials
- Contribute as a subject matter expert for sales and delivery, supporting solution architecture, demonstrations, client presentations, and scoping estimates
Requirements:
- Active Workday Certification in Workday HCM
- 5+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant
- 3+ years as a lead consultant delivering Core HCM at the level of a subject matter expert
- Strong subject matter expertise of Workday architecture, security, and best practices
- Proven ability to successfully navigate client-facing situations and coordinate support resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
