Job Description
Virtual Clinical Educator focusing on maintaining and improving customer education for Fresenius Medical Care. Responsible for virtual training sessions and creating educational content.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and be proficient using Teams, Word, Excel, “OBS”, SalesForce, and other audio and visual technology related to virtual meetings
- Effectively train and motivate our partners to be successful trainers
- Effectively train nursing staff on product use and practical applications
- Create virtual curriculums to address educational needs
- Implement and execute virtual education sessions as necessary (basic, advanced) for our partners.
- Maintain product competency through keeping up-to-date on product and procedural changes.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in education and/or in the dialysis industry
- Very strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter, energetic, with an infectious, positive, can-do attitude.
