Job Description

Customer-facing technical leader in Microsoft Ecosystem delivering complex infrastructure projects for mid-market and enterprise clients. Guiding customers through the assessment, design, and implementation of Microsoft solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver projects aligned to approved Statements of Work (SOWs), ensuring scope, schedule, and quality objectives are met
  • Lead technical execution across on‑prem, hybrid, and cloud Microsoft solutions
  • Follow established project delivery and quality methodologies
  • Participate in customer kickoff meetings, technical workshops, and solution reviews
  • Actively manage technical risks, issues, and dependencies; escalate when required
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges during implementation
  • Identify scope risks and support change management discussions
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and technical deliverables
  • Provide regular project status updates to Project Managers and leadership
  • Enter project activities, service tickets, time reporting, and expenses accurately and on time
  • Support internal collaboration with Sales, Architecture, and Managed Services teams
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

  • Microsoft On‑Premises Infrastructure (AD, Windows Server, Exchange, Hyper‑V)
  • Hybrid Identity & Security (AD ↔ Entra ID integration)
  • Microsoft 365 & Azure Platform Services
  • Security, Compliance, and Threat Protection
  • Infrastructure Modernization & Migrations
  • Microsoft Certifications (any combination preferred): Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Relevant Exams: AZ‑104, AZ‑305, AZ‑700, AZ‑500, SC‑300, SC‑100
