Job Description
Revenue Cycle Client Services Manager overseeing relationships with Physician Billing Services. Coordinating client onboarding and response to concerns in all areas of the Revenue Cycle.
Responsibilities:
- Oversees and manages client relationships with Physician Billing Services (PBS) in all areas of the Revenue Cycle.
- Coordinates responses to client concerns/issues effectively with the PBS Management team.
- Coordinates all on-boarding activities related to the revenue cycle for new providers.
- Functions as the primary point of contact for the client to front-end revenue cycle issues.
- Works collaboratively with coding/compliance departments to ensure providers are receiving appropriate training and feedback.
- Participates in monthly management meetings to organize, coordinate and enhance service functions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of hands on medical (physician) billing experience, with full understanding of all aspects for pro-fee revenue cycle including reimbursement and A/R management or the equivalent required.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience and a working knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding, as well as State and Federal regulations and guidelines required.
- High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business management, finance, economics, hospital administration or a related major preferred.
