Job Description

Client Services Director leading exceptional delivery of client programmes with an emphasis on AI-powered solutions at a pharmaceutical company. Mentoring Senior Account Managers and driving account growth through client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the exceptional delivery of client programmes, focusing on AI-powered in-field enablement proposition.
  • Building trusted partnerships and deep client intimacy across priority global clients.
  • Mentoring and supporting Senior Account Managers, enabling best-in-class customer relationship management.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities within existing clients, driving account expansion.
  • Leading cross-functional account teams to develop and present aggregated client insight reports.
  • Collaborating closely with technology partners to support excellent programme delivery.

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a senior client management/relationship management role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
  • Demonstrable track record of account growth and business development within existing client accounts.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts and delivering above and beyond client expectations.
  • Degree (or equivalent) required.
  • Postgraduate qualification desirable.
  • Full driving licence desirable.
