Job Description
Client Services Director leading exceptional delivery of client programmes with an emphasis on AI-powered solutions at a pharmaceutical company. Mentoring Senior Account Managers and driving account growth through client relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Leading the exceptional delivery of client programmes, focusing on AI-powered in-field enablement proposition.
- Building trusted partnerships and deep client intimacy across priority global clients.
- Mentoring and supporting Senior Account Managers, enabling best-in-class customer relationship management.
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities within existing clients, driving account expansion.
- Leading cross-functional account teams to develop and present aggregated client insight reports.
- Collaborating closely with technology partners to support excellent programme delivery.
Requirements:
- Proven success in a senior client management/relationship management role within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
- Demonstrable track record of account growth and business development within existing client accounts.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and delivering above and beyond client expectations.
- Degree (or equivalent) required.
- Postgraduate qualification desirable.
- Full driving licence desirable.
