Job Description

Client Service Specialist at XYPN providing operational support to financial advisors. Collaborating and communicating effectively while managing service requests and ensuring quality execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to advisor service requests through ticketing system and phone in a timely manner
  • Own service requests through to completion ensuring clear communication
  • Coordinate with custodians to resolve NIGOs and facilitate fund transfers
  • Accurately complete paperwork, forms, and Docusign envelopes
  • Prepare and send client agreements and support advisor onboarding activities
  • Work on assigned tickets independently while collaborating with teammates
  • Maintain visibility into work status using internal tools and systems
  • Identify patterns or process gaps and surface them to the Client Service Manager
  • Participate in team training and coaching to build skills

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or operational support
  • 1+ years of experience in financial services
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in producing accurate, high-quality work
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working across multiple systems and learning new tools quickly
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work items
  • Collaborative mindset with willingness to ask questions and seek feedback
  • Comfort with routine work and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
