Job Description

Home-Based Client Services Account Coordinator supporting U.S. client in promotional products industry. Delivering exceptional service and managing orders and communications efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for responding promptly to customer and client inquiries.
  • Provide customers with information on product pricing, features, and availability.
  • Responsible for updating the website.
  • Create presentation format and compile data for preparation of sales presentations.
  • Document all order-related activities in various systems.
  • Ensure up-to-date records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound emails.
  • Provide general day-to-day customer service to clients and vendors.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, or direct promo sales experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using promotional industry-specific software (Sage, ESP, CommonSku, or Syncore).
  • Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in Salesforce, NetSuite, or 3PL/Extensiv is helpful but not a requirement.
  • Experience managing clients’ inventory on front-end website and backend WMS system.
  • Tradeshow and/or event material management is a plus.
  • Experience with handling and processing database files for distribution/drop-shipment.
  • Experience with various carriers and familiarity with available shipping methods for regular courier shipments and USPS mailings.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters.
