Job Description

Client Success Executive managing Texas healthcare accounts for EMS revenue cycle services. Driving retention, financial performance, client reviews, and operational improvements through data analysis and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a portfolio of healthcare client accounts with varying service scopes and strategic priorities
  • Apply EMS billing and account management knowledge to support client performance, resolve issues, and improve financial outcomes
  • Resolve client escalations independently and involve leadership based on impact and risk
  • Identify risks, trends, opportunities, financial improvements, and operational optimization within client accounts
  • Analyze revenue cycle, accounts receivable, and operational data
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and business reviews, including agendas, performance insights, discussion, and action plans
  • Communicate compliance and regulatory updates to clients and support implementation
  • Partner with internal teams to coordinate services, projects, and implementations
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, decisions, and deliverables
  • Support contract renewals, client engagement, and retention strategies
  • Share knowledge, best practices, and guidance with peers
  • Travel to support client needs and attend company meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • 3–6 years of experience in client success, account management, or healthcare revenue cycle-related roles
  • Working knowledge of healthcare billing, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance concepts
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and relationship-management skills
  • Ability to communicate insights effectively
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and client expectations independently
  • Proficiency in English for job-related communication, including understanding policies, writing correspondence, and engaging with colleagues or clients
  • Candidates must reside in Texas
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future
  • Role does not offer current or future visa sponsorship
  • Experience with Salesforce, Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar tools preferred
  • Experience in EMS or healthcare revenue cycle environments preferred
  • Quiet, private workspace and reliable internet connection required for remote work
  • Ability to travel frequently to support client needs and attend company meetings
  • Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
