Job Description

Client Success Manager helping German allied-health clients implement VALD human-measurement technology. Supporting onboarding, education, relationships, and ongoing client success remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client onboarding and support clients in implementing VALD systems successfully
  • Build strong client relationships through online methods and occasional face-to-face interactions
  • Identify client support needs and opportunities for growth
  • Deliver online client presentations using Microsoft Teams
  • Track and report activity using HubSpot, Microsoft Suite, and email
  • Manage multiple assignments and support requests simultaneously
  • Work independently and collaboratively with other team members
  • Support and educate clients on VALD systems and solutions
  • Become a subject matter expert on VALD technology and systems
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Extensive current or previous use of VALD Technology
  • Experience working in a clinical or high-performance setting
  • Physiotherapist, athletic trainer, exercise physiologist, or sports scientist background, or equivalent client-focused experience
  • Ability to understand and communicate the client’s perspective and challenges
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships quickly
  • Ability to think creatively to find appropriate solutions
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and processes
  • Ability to become an expert on VALD systems
  • Ability to travel for work
  • Empathy
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Highly organized with practical time management skills
  • Prior experience using VALD systems
  • Comfortable supporting and educating clients
  • Ability to work with many internal and external stakeholders
  • Successful completion of acceptable identity and criminal record background checks
