Job Description
Client Success Manager responsible for managing client portfolio and driving renewals and upsells. Conducting onboarding, monitoring client health, and advocating for clients' needs within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively manage a dedicated portfolio of clients focusing on renewals and revenue generation
- Conduct onboarding and adoption training sessions
- Monitor client health and develop proactive plans for underutilized accounts
- Advocate for clients’ needs internally
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders for project delivery
- Collaborate with the Enablement team
Requirements:
- 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a SaaS or technology company
- Dedicated Revenue Experience managing a renewal book of business
- Strategic Mindset for high-level strategic conversations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Experience managing complex client projects
- Strong time management and organization skills
- Proactive mindset anticipating needs
