Job Description

HubSpot CRM Administrator managing HubSpot for a national renovation contractor. Focused on system management, data integrity, reporting, and end-user training in a fully remote setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day management of the HubSpot CRM system
  • Maintain and optimize properties, pipelines, objects, and workflows
  • Ensure system structure aligns with evolving business needs
  • Identify and implement process improvements proactively
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports for leadership and internal teams
  • Translate business questions into actionable CRM reporting
  • Ensure data consistency and reliability for accurate reporting across functions
  • Manage data imports, cleanup, and deduplication
  • Maintain data hygiene and enforce best practices across teams
  • Audit and troubleshoot data discrepancies
  • Partner with team leads to ensure consistent data entry and process adherence
  • Create and optimize automation workflows
  • Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot issues
  • Ensure all automated processes are efficient, scalable, and well-documented
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all HubSpot users
  • Train and support internal teams on CRM usage and best practices
  • Document processes and maintain an internal knowledge base
  • Present data and training materials clearly to non-technical stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience administering HubSpot CRM
  • Strong experience building HubSpot reports and dashboards
  • Hands-on experience with data migrations, imports, and cleanup
  • Experience building and maintaining workflows and automation in HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of CRM data structure and lifecycle management
  • Comfortable presenting and training non-technical end users
  • Ability to translate business needs into CRM solutions independently
  • Experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM integrations and APIs
