Job Description

Client Support Representative responsible for client inquiries and support at Asurint. Fluent in both English and Spanish with a focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing order-level analysis and accurate responses to client and/or candidate inquiries.
  • Engaging and building relationships with clients and applicants.
  • Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Adhering to customer service support levels and standards in all interactions.
  • Partnering cross-functionally to troubleshoot root causes of delays, errors, and system challenges.
  • Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the client's products and services.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish & English.
  • 5 successful passes or more at CSEC or equivalent.
  • Qualification in Customer service will be an asset.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
