Job Description

Clinical Coordinator supporting CVS Health’s medication therapy management and clinical trial operations. Coordinating administrative tasks, quality reviews, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily tasks and assignments supporting the planning, execution, and completion of clinical trials
  • Contribute to operational strategies optimizing clinical trial processes, timelines, and resources
  • Perform quality reviews of clinical research guidelines, tools, and templates for regulatory, safety, quality, and confidentiality compliance
  • Provide insight into risk management strategies and contingency plans addressing trial timelines, data quality, and patient safety
  • Define quality assurance processes and control measures for clinical trial data integrity, confidentiality, and accuracy
  • Identify clinical trial operations process improvements and recommend methods to improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with investigators, study coordinators, regulatory agencies, ethics committees, and other stakeholders throughout trial lifecycles
  • Ensure adherence to external protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical guidelines
  • Guide and support the clinical operations team through mentoring, performance support, professional development, and promoting a positive work environment
  • Provide organized, accurate, and timely call center support to clinical pharmacists through administrative task prioritization

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment
  • Experience maintaining focus and meeting goals in a work from home environment
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Exceptional prioritization and organizational skills
  • Acts with integrity and uses sound judgment in dealing with confidential information
  • Licensed Pharmacy Tech preferred
  • Familiarity with prescription medications preferred
  • 7 Months with the MTM Ops department and Meets Expectations in all core metrics
  • High School Diploma or equivalent GED
