Job Description

Clinical strategy lead shaping CenterWell’s senior-focused primary care strategy. Evaluating opportunities, building business cases, and aligning leaders across Humana’s healthcare services organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Primary Care Organization and CenterWell leadership to shape strategic direction and translate strategy into measurable business results
  • Solve complex business problems and evaluate strategic opportunities
  • Lead structured problem-solving and hypothesis-driven analyses using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research
  • Summarize complex information into executive-ready presentations and recommendations for leadership and Board decision-making
  • Evaluate strategic opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations
  • Own priority workstreams, including workplans, interdependencies, milestones, stakeholder alignment, and risk identification
  • Facilitate cross-functional engagement through working sessions and stakeholder alignment activities
  • Develop business cases, value analyses, KPI frameworks, and leadership updates
  • Report to the Associate VP, PCO Strategy
  • Support coordinated execution across the Primary Care Organization

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with a management consulting firm and/or 4+ years in a strategic role requiring core consulting skills, with evidence of increasing responsibility
  • Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting operational and financial data, and developing business cases
  • Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross-functional execution through influence and stakeholder management
  • Experience creating polished, executive-level presentations and deliverables that communicate complex concepts with clarity
  • Ability to work EST hours
  • Prior healthcare industry experience, preferably within healthcare services or care delivery organizations
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, multi-business-unit organization
  • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes
  • Home internet with minimum 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Dedicated workspace without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information
