Job Description
Clinical Product Specialist supporting sales and service for GE Healthcare ultrasound products. Conducting customer training, demonstrating products, and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical applications training for customers
- Promote training products and growth programs
- Deliver high-quality application training and growth
- Support sales and service and Ultrasound Team Leaders
- Demonstrate GE Healthcare ultrasound products at customer sites/hospitals and at conferences/exhibits/trade shows
- Assist Sales Specialists by providing specialist sales support
- Provide post sales customer support product training
- Maintain contact with existing users ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction
- Collect, analyse and communicate appropriate customer training and competitive information
- Maintain an effective Quality System and comply with ISO0991
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of working in a clinical environment
- Team spirit
- Sales / Negotiation Skills
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Good organisation and time management skills
- Fluent English Language
- Basic Computer Skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to be flexible/adapt to changing work environments
- A self-motivator with a can-do approach
