Job Description

Cloud Support Engineer partnering with customers as an extension of their IT organizations. Responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring that customers remain happy with products and services
  • Working with customers to solve technical problems
  • Acting as main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues
  • Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution

Requirements:

  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • High School / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Understanding of VPN & Proxies
  • Understanding of cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, etc
  • Understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS
  • Exposure to layer 3 / 4 technologies
  • Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
