Job Description
Cloud Support Engineer partnering with customers as an extension of their IT organizations. Responsible for resolving technical issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that customers remain happy with products and services
- Working with customers to solve technical problems
- Acting as main contact to proactively analyze and solve technical issues
- Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to drive problems to resolution
Requirements:
- 2 years of relevant experience
- High School / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Understanding of VPN & Proxies
- Understanding of cloud provider ecosystems such as AWS, Azure, etc
- Understanding of networking protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, TLS
- Exposure to layer 3 / 4 technologies
- Proficient in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
