Job Description
GovTech entrepreneur owning and scaling a startup with EWOR. Receiving founder coaching, hiring support, product-market-fit guidance, and funding assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as GovTech
- Embark on a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management
- Receive support with hiring through a network of over 50,000 professionals
- Apply advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs
- Receive intensive coaching to prepare the startup to raise millions in funding
- Iterate the product until reaching product-market fit
- Build a sales force or create a marketing engine
Requirements:
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate
- Willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues
- Excellent communication skills in English
