Job Description
Remote AgriTech co-founder owning and scaling a startup with EWOR’s support. Building product-market fit, teams, sales or marketing engines, and multimillion-euro funding readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Own, build, and run a startup in fields such as AgriTech
- Complete a customised personal development programme focused on goal, time, and energy management
- Hire talent through EWOR’s network of over 50,000 professionals
- Apply advice and best practices from serial entrepreneurs
- Iterate the product until reaching product-market fit
- Build a sales force or create a marketing engine
- Prepare the startup to raise millions in funding through intensive coaching
Requirements:
- Based in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocate
- Willing to take full responsibility for a startup and scale it to €100M+ in revenues
- Excellent communication skills in English
